You are under no obligation to pay some or all of these funds back, unless you are successful

You are not charged any interest on these funds

You commit to spend these funds as per the Pitch that you presented

You commit to take the steps that we have for reducing CO2e Emissions

You commit to take the steps that we have for making positive Climate Change impact - details

You commit that you will treat your employees with fairness & diversity

You commit that you will treat your employees with their highest welfare in mind

You will place a Plaque on your Site to effect that "Funding provided by CollectiveBoost"
